The maintenance proposal looks great. I'm on the road today for work, but will sign and send first payment on Monday morning. Thank you for the new planting at 317 1/2, and flowers at 18 3D; I'm eager to see them when I get home! And yes, I absolutely will connect you with the guys - they're a terrific bunch and will be happy to help keep you and your team's beautiful work thriving. Hi John,

Saw that the sprinklers went on this morning -- system seems to be working!  Grass is very green.  The gates look great -- perfect size. Looking forward to getting the plat, and your ideas on the steps. Henry and Georgie can't wait to get outside this weekend.  I really think this space is going to work well for all of us -- so thank you!
